These are out of work books only.  You can only sign these books if you are unemployed.  Please text or email us a picture of your, term slip, ticket and any certifications.  You can text these to (801) 270-5757 or email: dispatch@ibew57.com.  If you participate in Safety Wallet please email us a link to dispatch@ibew57.com.  Without verification of your term slip, ticket and/or certs all applicants will be placed on the Groundman Book 4 list.

RESIGN IS NOW QUARTERLY. If you have not been called out to work, you need to call in QUARTERLY to resign. YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT WITHIN THE FIRST 5 WORKING DAYS OF THE MONTH TO RESIGN.

(RESIGN QUARTERLY WITHIN THE FIRST 5 WORKING DAYS OF THESE MONTHS, JANUARY, APRIL, JULY, AND OCTOBER) 

If you do not call or text to resign, you will be taken off the books and you will have to re-submit your information and certifications.
