GEOGRAPHICAL AREA: Five State Area which includes Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming & Montana.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: AGE:  Minimum 18 years

EDUCATION:  High School Graduate or GED

APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Official transcript of school course and grades.
  3. High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  4. Veteran's discharge records (DD-214), if applicable.
  5. Current Driver's License, if selected.
  6. Physical Examination, if selected.
  7. Drug Screen Test, if selected.
